Special introductory package includes:
We begin with a complete review of your business—including goals, style, personality, content wants, needs and available visuals and logo. Our first step is to develop a range of header visuals to choose from.
Next, we explore 2-3 newsletter layout options—each with its own set of design features, color schemes and typefaces.
Finally, we combine your choices of color scheme, style, header—to complete the overall “look” of your customized newsletter template. This includes design refinement, search for specific visuals, incorporate customer-supplied copy (includes creation of signup box graphic for customer’s website).
Final steps include:
• Setup of file/final refinements, place (customer-supplied) copy, spell-check/edit, set up links.
• Final changes per client, re-check links.
• List management/send newsletter.

Other services included in this special setup package include initial list upload, signature info setup, creation of website signup link and form for your website, image uploads, creation of forward to a friend email, creation of welcome letter for new registrants, reporting analysis information link and minor modifications.
Archive. Later, upon signing up with an inexpensive paying account with us you will be able to archive past newsletters for your clients to access (see example of email archive). Unlike traditional print ads, E-newsletters never get permanently “thrown away” and are always available for your contacts to refer back to.
